Welcome to the Law Offices of Michael W. Kelly. As a solo practitioner, I focus on litigation and construction law, including contract disputes, delay claims, defective work, mechanics lien and bond claims, and other contract disputes. I also handle personal injury disputes and real estate litigation. My clients are typically owners, developers, general contractors, or subcontractors. I take a proactive approach in identifying my clients’ needs, identifying potential problems, assessing potential outcomes, and intelligently pursuing my clients’ goals. My office is conveniently located near the Daley Center, although I am available to meet with clients at their offices, homes, or other locations. I serve clients throughout the city and suburbs, and frequently practice in Cook, DuPage, and Lake Counties. I offer flexible billing structures tailored to my clients’ individual needs and the type of services required.
